Learn More About Me
I have worked in mental health since 2007, have been a counselor since 2011, and licensed by the state of Pennsylvania since 2014. I have worked in both private practice and outpatient clinical settings. I offer a variety of therapy models, but primarily offer and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Depressive Disorders. My goal as a counselor is to offer coping skills to help clients better regulate moods and tolerate distress. Counseling services I offer are not limited to DBT and include Interpersonal approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Supportive Therapy services. The goal of therapy is largely driven by the client and progress is measured by the client as well.
